Minor Maintenance Agreement (MMA)
The HOA offers a Minor Maintenance Agreement for individual units, a great program to ensure the unit is checked and cared for each month. Please click “download” below to view more details, pricing, and terms. If you would like to enroll, simply sign and scan the signed document to Josh Sessums at joshs@premierisland.com along with the month you’d like services to start.
2026 Maintenance Services
